Stoney Creek’s Volunteer Recognition Tea – Please RSVP – The Stoney Creek staff would like to thank all of our parents and community members who have volunteered throughout the school year! Whether you drove, participated in family reading, helped out events, supervised on field trips, helped with special events, served pizza and subway, sorted books, served breakfast, fundraised, participated at Council meetings, ran movie nights, installed our fish fence art and much more…we appreciate all that our parents and community does to support our school and our students. BPL Summer Reading – Join the free Summer Reading Club for kids of all ages at Burnaby Public Library! Registration starts on Monday, June 15 at any BPL location or you can sign up online. Read anything, anywhere, any way, and in any language. Being read to also counts!

At the end of the summer kids can come in for their Summer Reading Club medals!

City of Burnaby Summer Fun Pass is available for kids aged 5-18 years old. Stay active this summer with access to drop-in activities at Burnaby recreation facilities. The pass costs $20+GST and is valid from June 26 – September 8. More details available here.
