We are writing to you to update you on what the last week of June will look like.
We are making some adjustments that last week in order to try to have students in each of the cohorts attend as equally as possible as well as provide opportunity for our remote learners to receive their June Report Cards that final week. Here is what we have scheduled:
Monday 22 June – Cohort 1 – Attend as scheduled AND receive their Report Card
Tuesday 23 June – Cohort 2 – Attend as scheduled AND receive their Report Card
Wednesday 24 June – Student who attend school on Wednesday’s attend 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Remote Learners – Even Divisions 10.00–11.00 am for Report Card pick up ONLY
– Odd Divisions 1.00 – 2.00 pm for Report Card pick up ONLY
Thursday 25 June – 9.00 – 10.00 am – Any students who have not received their Report Cards
This would allow us to distribute report cards throughout the week in smaller groups.
On June 24 and 25, teachers would be available outside in their designated Division spots for Report Card pick up during the above indicated times.
