As a reminder to parents Wednesday, September 23 & Thursday, September 24 will be early dismissal for Parent Intake Meetings. We will be dismissing at 1:45 pm (even divisions) & 2:00 pm (odd divisions). This year parent intake meeting will be happening virtually through zoom; you may have already received information from your child’s teacher regarding preferred time, sign up, as well as login information. Individual teachers may be arranging additional times outside of these 2 early dismissal days. Please communicate with your child’s teacher if a suitable time cannot be found on Wednesday & Thursday. Some teachers may also choose to send home an information sheet in order to learn about your child. Please make sure you are completing this and returning it as per instructions given by the teacher.
We realize this is not the most effective way to conduct these intake meetings, but we greatly appreciate your participation and we look forward to learning valuable information about your child.
Please also note that Friday September 25 is a Professional Development Day for staff. Students do not attend school on this day.
