School Plan – Stoney Creek 2025-26
At Stoney Creek, we continue to work on Numeracy. This year, our focus is on Enhancing Numeracy Performance, particularly around REFLECTIONS and ATTITUDES.
We aim to improve students’ ability to reflect on their mathematical thinking and foster positive attitudes toward math. Reflection enhances conceptual understanding, metacognition, communication, strategic thinking, and growth mindset.
